By using OTDGo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What OTDGo is

OTDGo is a community-powered database of out-the-door car prices submitted by real buyers. We display this data as-is to help shoppers understand what others have paid. We are not a dealership, broker, or financial advisor.

Submitting a quote

By submitting a quote, you represent that:

• The pricing information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are not submitting on behalf of a dealership or as a commercial actor.
• You are not including any personally identifying information about yourself or others.

Submitted quotes are displayed publicly and become part of the OTDGo dataset. You grant OTDGo a perpetual, royalty-free license to store, display, and use your submission (including in anonymized aggregate statistics).

We reserve the right to remove any submission that we believe is inaccurate, misleading, or submitted in bad faith.

Accuracy of data

OTDGo does not verify submitted pricing data. Quotes reflect what individual buyers reported paying — they may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Use the data as one input among many when negotiating, not as a guarantee of what you will pay.

No warranties

OTDGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the data for any particular purpose. Use the site at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OTDGo and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any data displayed.

Prohibited use

You may not use OTDGo to:

• Submit false or fabricated pricing data.
• Scrape or bulk-export data for commercial resale.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Submit data on behalf of a dealership to manipulate perceived pricing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in US courts.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of OTDGo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
